My name is Josh Dale and my goal is to treat you the way that you deserve to be treated.

My practice focuses on probate, estate planning, personal injury and estate administration. I am licensed in the state of Missouri and the Western District of Missouri (Federal Court).

I grew up in Springfield, Missouri. I have a degree in political science from the University of Missouri and I received my law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. While at the University of Missouri, I competed on the national championship debate team. During my time in law school I volunteered at the public defender’s office and participated in the estate planning clinic at UMKC.
