My name is Nick Dudley. I promise I will answer and return your phone calls.
My practice is centered on protecting the health, freedom, and financial futures of regular people. I do not work for insurance companies or the government. My focus is criminal (including federal), employment, injury, and consumer cases. I am licensed in the state of Missouri, the Western District of Missouri (federal court), and the District of Kansas (federal court).
I graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School. While in law school I participated in the moot court program, worked for my school’s legal aid clinic, and volunteered at the public defender’s office. I have a B.A from the University of Missouri. While at Mizzou, I competed on the debate team and won back-to-back National Championships. I continue to stay involved in the activity by volunteering for various high schools, including my Alma Mater Fort Osage High School in Independence.
My hobbies include training in martial arts (specifically Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Jeet Kune Do), fishing, target shooting, and watching Kansas City and Mizzou sports. However, it is possible that I would represent a Kansas fan if he/she really needed it.
