turn stone unturned when it comes to exploring options for solving a client’s particular matter.  We adhere strictly to the fact that we work for the client and always strive to achieve the individual goals of each client.  We will always preserve our firm’s dedication to giving our clients their day in court via a jury trial.  We are not and never will be simply a “settlement” firm.  We will always pursue settlement as an option, as it can often provide a client with a satisfactory result in a quick time frame.  We are always cognizant, however, that trying cases is often the only route to successfully achieve a client’s objectives. We will never charge a client a fee for a consultation and we will never ask a client to pay anything unless we win their case.  The focus will always be on winning the case.
